Return Policy

We are unable to accept returns or exchange purchased toys and products unless defective. This is for the health, and safety reasons of our customers

Products that are designed to come into contact with any body part or fluid are returnable and non-resalable.

Once these items leave our warehouse, they are considered used, and therefore cannot be returned.

This includes, but is not limited to:

*Douche/Enema Kits

*Anal Toys, Beads and Plugs

*Dildos and Vibrators

*Cock and Ball Devices, Cock Rings and Cock Sleeves

*Gags and Ropes

*Damaged packaging

*Clothing, lingerie, latex accessories or costumes

*Any product that is missing components, accessories, or any other piece included in original condition

*Products which are not in the manufacturer’s original packaging

*Lubes, massage oils and condoms are also not returnable
